Business owners are required to purchase a business license annually in the Town of Hammondville.  A license is required if you are doing business both within the Town Limits OR our police jurisdiction.  The police jurisdiction extends 1 1/2 miles outside the Town Limits.  This is in accordance with Alabama State law. 

Alabama Immigration Laws require that all new license and renewal  applications from individuals and partnerships must include proof of citizenship.  A copy of a valid current drivers license along with a signed statement that the individual is a US citizen is required.  This information must be included with your application.  Corporations and LLC’s are not required to file proof of citizenship.
