Volunteer fire department

The department serves the Town of Hammondville along with surrounding rural areas, extending from County Road 85 north to the Georgia state line and covering approximately 15 miles of I-59. It maintains a fire rating of 5/5X.

The department is staffed by 11 members.

Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at
